Flat Rate for Fuel

The settings for the flat rate for fuel are used for the automatic calculation of the flat rate when using a private vehicle, both for domestic and international trips. Proper configuration of these values is essential for the correct functioning of the travel expenses module.

Note

Changes in the amounts of flat rates for fuel should be monitored independently.

To set the flat rates for fuel:

  1. Select the search icon Search in the upper right corner of the Business Central system, then type Travel Expenses Setup and click the link.
  2. Click the Mileage Rates button on the action bar.
  3. Configure the flat rates for each type of vehicle.
