Diet Rates and Accommodation Limits

The settings for the amounts of diet rates and accommodation limits are used for the automatic calculation of diets and accommodations, both for domestic and international business trips. Proper configuration of these values is essential for the correct functioning of the travel expenses module.

Note

Changes in the amounts of diet rates and accommodation limits should be monitored independently.

To set the diet rates and accommodation limits:

  1. Select the search icon Search in the upper right corner of the Business Central system, then type Travel Expenses Setup and click the link.
  2. Click the Diet Rate button on the action bar.
  3. Configure the diet rates and accommodation limits for each selected country by choosing the country code, currency code, and entering the rate in the selected currency.
