Gen. Bus. Posting Group in Item Journal Batch

To assign the default gen. bus. posting group to the item journal batch, follow these :

1. Select the search icon in the top right corner of Business Central, then enter Item Journal Templates and click the link.
2. Search for and select the item journal template you want to configure.
3. Click on the Journal Batches button in the action bar.
4. Enter the Gen. Bus. Posting Group field with the default posting group for each instance to which you want to assign the default group.

During the entry of a item journal line, the general business posting group will be automatically filled.
